1. Create Your Subjects & Breaks
Start by defining everything you need to schedule.
- Click the Add button in the left sidebar.
- Toggle between Subject and Break using the top selector.
- Customize the name, chapter, color, and icon to easily identify them.
2. Choose Your Grid Layout
Customize how your timetable is structured.
- Click the Settings icon at the top right.
- Select a layout: Classic (uniform slots), Flexible (custom slots), or Advanced (unique days).
- Use Quick Presets like School or College to generate slots instantly.
3. Fill Your Timetable
Map out your study schedule efficiently.
- Drag & Drop: Drag subjects from the sidebar directly into any empty grid slot.
- Quick Paint: Click a subject to select it, then click any grid slot to paint it instantly.
- Clear Slots: Click on any filled slot and click the Clear button in the popover.
4. Save, Export & Share
Take your schedule wherever you go.
- Your schedule is automatically saved to your browser so you won’t lose data.
- Click the Export / Import button in the top right corner of the header.
- Download your schedule as PNG, JPG, PDF, Excel, JSON or use the Print layout.
- You can also restore a previous schedule by dragging a .json file into the Import section.
