Time Tracker Pro with Pomodoro Timer, Countdown and Stopwatch

Time Tracker Pro by FlickTool brings three essential productivity timers into a single tool: a fully customizable Pomodoro system complete with session logging and Lofi music, a countdown timer with alarm and snooze, and a centisecond stopwatch with lap recording and export. No app download, no account needed.

Pomodoro Timer

The Pomodoro Technique structures deep work into timed intervals separated by short recovery breaks. Studies consistently show this approach reduces mental fatigue and improves sustained focus compared to unstructured working. The classic 25/5 cycle works because it creates urgency within sessions and guarantees recovery between them, preventing the slow cognitive drain that comes from working without defined endpoints.

All four cycle parameters are adjustable to fit any workflow: Work Time runs from 1 to 120 minutes (default 25), Break Time from 1 to 30 minutes (default 5), Rest Time for the long recovery from 1 to 60 minutes (default 15), and Work Rounds sets how many sessions complete before the long rest triggers (default 4). The left status panel keeps a running count of completed Work, Break, and Rest periods throughout your day. SKIP advances to the next phase immediately. Auto Repeat runs the full cycle continuously without any manual input between rounds.

Four alarm sounds are available: Modern Chime, Subtle Notification, Classic Digital, and Zen Gong. The alarm can be toggled off entirely for distraction-free sessions.

Lofi Music: The LOFI MUSIC button opens a floating YouTube Lofi playlist player within the Pomodoro session, with a volume slider and previous/next track controls. Low-tempo instrumental music during focused work provides ambient sound without pulling cognitive attention away from the task.

How to Use the Pomodoro Timer

  1. Set your cycle parameters in the right settings panel or leave the 25/5/15 defaults as they are
  2. Press START and both the analog clock and digital display begin counting down simultaneously
  3. Watch the left panel update your completed Work, Break, and Rest counts after each phase
  4. Use SKIP to advance to the next phase before the timer runs out
  5. Enable Auto Repeat to run the full cycle hands-free from start to finish
  6. Press LOFI MUSIC to launch the playlist player and adjust your volume
  7. Open the Session Summary at the bottom to review your history by Today, This Week, This Month, or a custom date range
  8. Export to Excel for a full session log with timestamps and durations, or Clear records to begin a new tracking period

Every completed phase is logged with its start time, end time, duration, and type. The Productivity score reflects work time as a percentage of total tracked time, giving a concrete measure of how well your focus-to-rest balance held across the session.

Countdown Timer

Enter any duration in hours, minutes, and seconds, or use the Quick Start presets: 5, 10, 15, and 30 minutes. When time runs out, the alarm fires and a popup gives you two choices — SNOOZE adds 5 minutes and resumes automatically, DISMISS closes it entirely. Repeat Alarm keeps sounding at intervals until dismissed, which matters when you step away from the screen.

Four alarm sounds carry over from the Pomodoro mode: Modern Chime, Subtle Notification, Classic Digital, and Zen Gong.

Stopwatch

The stopwatch measures elapsed time to centisecond precision in HH:MM:SS.CC format, displayed on a live analog face and digital readout running together. Press LAP at any point to record the current split without stopping the main timer. Laps stack below the clock in numbered order. DOWNLOAD LAPS exports the full list for external records or analysis. RESET clears everything back to zero.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the default Pomodoro setup?

Ans. 25 minutes work, 5 minutes break, 15 minutes long rest, after every 4 completed work rounds. All four values are adjustable.

2. Do the timers continue running when I switch browser tabs?

Ans. Yes. All three run in the background and alarms fire when countdowns complete regardless of which tab is active.

3. Is the Lofi music player available in the countdown and stopwatch modes?

Ans. No. The LOFI MUSIC button is part of the Pomodoro section only and is designed to run alongside Pomodoro work sessions.

4. How does the lap feature work on the stopwatch?

Ans. Press LAP while running and the current split is recorded without interrupting the main timer. Laps stack in numbered sequence below the clock and can be downloaded when the session ends.

5. What does the Productivity score measure?

Ans. Work time as a percentage of total tracked time. It tells you how much of your logged session was actual focused work versus breaks.

6. What does SNOOZE do when the countdown alarm fires?

Ans. Adds 5 minutes to the expired timer and restarts it automatically without requiring you to re-enter the original duration.
