Introduction

These Terms of Service apply to your use of FlickTool and all browser-based tools and applications available at https://flicktool.com, together with any related features, accounts, or premium services we may offer from time to time. FlickTool is owned and operated by Animesh, an independent developer based in India.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform. We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves, and your continued use of FlickTool means you accept the updated version.

Acceptance of Terms

Acceptable Use

Intellectual Property

All original content, branding, design, software, and written material on FlickTool belong to FlickTool unless stated otherwise. You are granted a limited right to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose, but you do not receive ownership of any part of it.

Termination of Access

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlickTool and its creator will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

This includes issues caused by incorrect inputs, inaccurate outputs, browser storage limitations, service interruptions, third-party services, account issues, or reliance on information provided through the Platform. You use FlickTool at your own risk and are responsible for verifying important results before acting on them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.
