Last Updated: June 29, 2026
Introduction
These Terms of Service apply to your use of FlickTool and all browser-based tools and applications available at https://flicktool.com, together with any related features, accounts, or premium services we may offer from time to time. FlickTool is owned and operated by Animesh, an independent developer based in India.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform. We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves, and your continued use of FlickTool means you accept the updated version.
Acceptance of Terms
You must comply with these Terms whenever you use FlickTool. If you are under the age of 13, you may not use the Platform. If you are between 13 and 18, you should use the Platform only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, account holders, and subscribers. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which explain how we handle information and how our tools should be used.
Using FlickTool
FlickTool is intended to provide practical online tools for everyday personal, educational, and productivity use. Most tools are available directly in the browser and are designed to work quickly without requiring a download.
You agree to use the Platform lawfully and responsibly. You must not misuse the tools, attempt to disrupt the service, or use the Platform in a way that could harm FlickTool, other users, or any third party. We may change, improve, remove, or add tools at any time as the Platform grows.
Some tools may store data locally in your browser, while others may require an account or a paid plan. The specific behavior of each tool will be made clear where relevant.
User Accounts
Some features may require you to create an account. When you do, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
If you believe your account has been used without permission, you should notify us promptly. We may suspend or close accounts that are used in violation of these Terms, for harmful conduct, or where continued access creates a security or legal risk.
You remain responsible for the data you save in your account. Where account-based data is available, our handling of that information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Premium Features and Payments
FlickTool may offer optional premium features, subscriptions, or one-time paid services. These are always optional unless clearly stated otherwise. If you choose to purchase a paid feature, the pricing, billing terms, and renewal details will be presented before checkout.
Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers. FlickTool does not store your full payment card details. We may receive limited transaction information needed to confirm your purchase, activate access, or manage your subscription.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds, if available, will be handled according to the terms shown at the time of purchase and any applicable legal requirements.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FlickTool for anything unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive. In particular, you must not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the Platform or its source code.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data without permission.
- Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
- Try to interfere with the security or performance of the Platform.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where we believe a user has violated these Terms or created risk for the Platform or its users.
Intellectual Property
All original content, branding, design, software, and written material on FlickTool belong to FlickTool unless stated otherwise. You are granted a limited right to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose, but you do not receive ownership of any part of it.
You may not copy, sell, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Platform without prior written permission. If third-party libraries, assets, or services are used, they remain subject to their own licences or terms.
You retain ownership of the content, inputs, or data you create using FlickTool tools, unless a specific feature says otherwise.
Third-Party Services and Advertisements
FlickTool may rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, authentication, payment processing, advertising, or other technical functions. These services operate independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The Platform may also show advertisements or link to external websites. FlickTool does not control third-party sites or ad content and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices. Any interaction you have with a third party is solely between you and that third party.
Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep FlickTool available and working properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be updated, changed, paused, or discontinued at any time without notice.
This includes individual tools, features, account services, or premium functionality. We are not responsible for losses or inconvenience caused by downtime, maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service failures.
Termination of Access
You may stop using FlickTool at any time. If you have an account, you may request deletion through the available account controls or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or create legal, security, or operational concerns.
If access is terminated, your right to use the Platform ends immediately. Any local browser data may remain on your device unless you remove it yourself. Sections that should naturally survive termination, such as intellectual property, liability, and governing law, will continue to apply.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlickTool and its creator will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
This includes issues caused by incorrect inputs, inaccurate outputs, browser storage limitations, service interruptions, third-party services, account issues, or reliance on information provided through the Platform. You use FlickTool at your own risk and are responsible for verifying important results before acting on them.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, our services, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
If a change is significant, we may provide notice through the Platform or to registered users where appropriate. Continued use of FlickTool after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform will be handled under the applicable laws and courts of India, unless a different rule is required by law.
