Time Tracker Pro – Free Pomodoro Timer, Countdown Timer and Stopwatch Online

Track your time, manage focus sessions, and measure elapsed durations with FlickTool’s free Time Tracker Pro — a three-in-one tool combining a fully customizable Pomodoro Timer, a Countdown Timer with alarm, and a precision Stopwatch with lap tracking. All three modes feature an analog clock display with neon styling, dark and light theme support, and a built-in lofi music player.

Three Tools, One Place

Most people need different timing tools for different tasks — a stopwatch for tracking elapsed time, a countdown timer for cooking or meetings, and a Pomodoro timer for structured deep work sessions. Switching between three separate apps breaks focus and wastes the exact resource you are trying to manage.

Time Tracker Pro combines all three in a single interface with instant tab switching. Each mode has its own analog clock face with moving hands and a digital display, making elapsed and remaining time readable at a glance without needing to lean in and read small numbers.

Pomodoro Technique — How It Works

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed to improve focus and reduce mental fatigue through structured intervals. A standard session consists of 25 minutes of focused work followed by a 5-minute break, repeated four times before a longer 15-minute rest. Each complete work interval is called one Pomodoro.

The method works because it makes large tasks feel approachable by breaking them into defined, timed blocks — and the mandatory breaks prevent the cognitive overload that accumulates during long uninterrupted work sessions. Time Tracker Pro lets you customize all interval lengths and round counts to match your personal rhythm, whether you prefer shorter 15-minute sprints or longer 50-minute deep work blocks.

Session Summary and Productivity Tracking

The Pomodoro Session Summary logs every completed work and break interval with date, type, start time, end time, and duration. Total Work Time, Total Break Time, and a Productivity percentage update automatically. Filtering by Today, This Week, This Month, or a custom date range lets you review your focus patterns over time. Exporting to Excel gives you a permanent offline record for weekly reviews or productivity journaling.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Does the Pomodoro timer automatically switch between work and break?

Ans. Yes, when Auto Repeat is enabled. After each work session ends, the timer automatically starts the break countdown, and after the break ends it returns to work — cycling through the configured number of rounds before triggering the long rest. Disabling Auto Repeat pauses between phases and waits for you to manually start the next period.

2. Can I use the Lofi Music player while the timer runs?

Ans. Yes. The lofi music player is a floating overlay that stays visible and active regardless of which timer mode is running. You can adjust volume, skip tracks, and play or pause music independently of the timer controls without switching tabs or interrupting your session.

3. Does the countdown timer alarm work if I switch browser tabs?

Ans. The timer continues counting down in the background when you switch tabs. The alarm sound and popup trigger when the countdown reaches zero regardless of whether the tab is active, as long as the browser tab remains open.

4. How many lap times can the stopwatch record?

Ans. The stopwatch records lap times without a fixed limit — every lap press adds a new entry to the Lap Times list. All recorded laps can be downloaded as a file at any point during or after the session using the Download Laps button.

5. Can I customize the Pomodoro interval lengths?

Ans. Yes. Work Time, Break Time, Rest Time, and Work Rounds are all editable number inputs — set them to any value within the supported range before starting a session. Changes take effect from the next session start, allowing you to build a fully personalized focus rhythm rather than following fixed default intervals.
